How do I get started?
Please contact us directly via the online form or phone, which will enable us to find out how we can help you solve your problems. We may send out a questionnaire to ask about the website you would like to build, and any other additional services that you may require. This will allow us to give you an accurate quote before the contract is signed and the work to begin.
Can I be involved in the design of the website?
Absolutely! At every step of the website development, we will be as transparent as possible, and keep you updated. We may also set up video calls to get your feedback and approval at the design, alpha, and beta phases before the final website is released.
Is this a website builder?
No, this is not a website builder. We will manually build your website as per specifications and provide continous maintainance, support, and edits. So you can spend your valuable time to attend to more important matters.
Do I get the source code for the website?
We do not provide the source code to the website. Our business provides website as a service (WaaS), rather than a product. If you chose the ecommerce plan, then you do get full ownership of the ecommerce store, as that is separate to the website itself.
What do I need to do to keep the website on and running?
Nothing! We will handle it all and ensure the website stays up and running at all times. There is nothing for you to do.
Why do I not immediately see my website at the top of the search engine?
Ranking at the top of search engines, such as Google, takes time. It could typically take 6 months to a year before we begin to see noticeable improvements, as algorithms need time to understand your content fully to improve visibility.
Do I own the domain?
Yes, if you do not already own a domain, e.g. my-business-domain.com , we will help you register one that will be owned by you. This is yours to keep even after cancelling of our subscription services.
Do you offer ecommerce on your websites?
Yes, we support setting up an ecommerce store using Shopify that is connected to your website on the same domain. Using Shopify as a third party platform allows for field-proven, out-of-the-box operations of your store, such as orders, payments, shipping, fulfillment, etc.
Do I own the ecommerce store?
Yes, we will get the store set up and running, and transfer the full ownership of the store to you upon delivery of the final version of the website. This means you will keep full control of the ecommerce store even after cancellation of the subscribed services. It will be your responsibility to manage and take care of store operations.
